At Eye Physician Associates, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care services, advanced diagnostic procedures, and medical and surgical treatment for a wide array of eye diseases. We offer special expertise in:

We provide the most advanced medical equipment and procedures to ensure the proper diagnosis and treatment of your eye problems. Out state of the art technology includes: in office lasers for the treatment of glaucoma/SLT laser, diabetic retinopathy and dry eyes; ultrasound eye measuring devices and visual field testing equipment for glaucoma, optic nerve and certain brain disorders; sophisticated eye cameras for retina evaluation and specialized procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of corneal disease.
Laser surgery is performed in the St. Luke's Laser Surgery Center, at our office, or at other affiliated Laser Centers. Other surgery, such as cataract removal and intraocular lens implantation, is scheduled on an outpatient basis at local hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
In addition to their special expertise and training, some of our ophthalmologists are also involved in a variety of research programs to provide the latest advances and technology to our patients.

Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have extended hours at several of our locations. Please check with our schedulers.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency and need to be seen before or after regular office hours, please call our emergency number at (414) 225-8713. An Eye Physician Associates physician is available 24 hours a day for emergency calls.
Fees and Insurance
We accept Medicare assignment and most commercial insurance plans. We work with area HMO's and PPO's. HMO patients must obtain referrals, if required, prior to being seen by any of our physicians.
