Joanne Soya, ABOC

As an American Board Certified Optician, Joanne’s 20 plus years in the optical industry brings all the business management and optical experience necessary to operate Mequon Optical. Joanne’s personal goal is to enhance the GIFT of SIGHT to all of her clientele and help them to have a full understanding of the importance of their corrected vision. She is also dedicated to providing top quality made eyewear that is beneficial to an individual’s visual accuracy.  Joanne wants to instill the belief that you can have fun and express yourself through your eyewear.

Richard Mills

Rich has over 39 years of experience in the optical industry and over 20 years as a contact lens specialist.  Rich specializes in the fitting of both gas permeable and soft contact lenses on hard to fit corneas, including keratoconus and aphakia. Rich enjoys working with new contact lens patients and educating them in the proper care of their contact lenses. He believes it is important for each patient to be comfortable with wearing contacts and wants to ensure each patient has a pleasant experience.
